今夜のご飯 ４
ブリの照り焼き、大根おろし、キュウリなます。
肉じゃが
豆腐のメカブかけ。
献立としては、特に季節を感じるようなものでも、
手の込んだものでもありません。
しかし、野菜が違うのです。
大根、新ジャガイモ、新玉ねぎは義妹が畑で作ったもの、
キュウリは知り合いの方の奥さんが作り、
配るのは、旦那さん。
６０歳を過ぎてから畑仕事をする方が増えています。
夫婦で作る人はマレで、たいていドッチカみたい、
２人でするのは、とても難しいからでしょう。
理由、わかりますよね・・・・・・・・・。
自分で作り、自分で食べるこんな贅沢は有りません。
流行っているようですが、こんな苦労な楽しみもないようです。
苦しくたって、暑くても、収穫の喜びに勝るものなし。
取れたての野菜は本当にオイシイ。
